Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by Dentev SAS to dental health professionals. Any purchase implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Reserved for professionals
In accordance with EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), Dentev products are exclusively intended for licensed professionals: dentists, dental technicians and dental prosthetics laboratories. Dentev reserves the right to refuse any order that cannot justify professional status.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are listed in euros excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Orders are firm and final upon confirmation by Dentev.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative only. Dentev cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers. Transport risks transfer to the Client upon handover to the carrier.
5. Warranties and returns
Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity. In the event of a proven defect, Dentev will cover return shipping and replacement. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to contact@dentev.com.
6. Liability
Dentev cannot be held liable for damage resulting from non-compliant use, product modification, or use by unauthorised persons. Dentev's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
7. Data & GDPR

8. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
