Data collected
Dentev collects the following data: • Quote and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, country, message and selected products • Order by message and assistant: the text you type, your email, and any photos you choose to send • Newsletter: professional email • Client portal: email, name, company, country, orders, delivered lots • Orders: billing and delivery data • Technical logs: IP address, browser (security only)
Business prospecting
Dentev builds a file of dental laboratories from public sources (professional directories, laboratory websites) in order to offer them its products. This processing relies on the legitimate interest of a company in presenting its offer to professionals whose activity relates to it. You may object at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@dentev.com: your laboratory is then removed from any solicitation.
Processors
To run the site, Dentev relies on the following providers, which process your data only on instruction: • Vercel (hosting) • Supabase (database) • Resend (email delivery) • Anthropic (AI assistant, configurator and diagnosis: the text and photos you submit are sent to them to produce the answer) • Voyage AI (search in the technical documentation) • Stripe (payment and invoicing) • Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services (file storage) • Upstash (request rate limiting) • Sentry (technical error detection) • LogSnag (event log, no personal data) • Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics (audience measurement, only after your consent) • Pennylane (invoicing) and DHL (delivery), for orders Some are established outside the European Union: see the Transfers section.

Transfers outside the EU
Several providers (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Stripe, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Upstash, Sentry, Microsoft) are established in or host data in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for certified providers, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for the others.

Audience measurement
We count page views to understand how the site is used. This measurement places no cookie and creates no identifier that could recognise you from one day to the next: your IP address and browser are turned, together with the current date, into a non-reversible fingerprint that becomes useless the following day. The data stays on our own servers, is never shared, never cross-referenced with any other processing, and allows no tracking of your browsing on other sites. It is kept for one year at most and serves only to produce traffic statistics. In line with the French data protection authority's guidance, this audience measurement is exempt from consent. The tools that do place persistent identifiers, Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only load after you accept, and you can change your mind at any time from the footer.
